  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received via our secure payment gateway (e.g., Phone pe, UPI, etc.).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing or product availability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

  • Cash on Delivery may be available in select locations.

  • We ship across India. Delivery timelines range between 3โ€“7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers are beyond our control.

  • Please provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

  • Once validated, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
