1. 🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders Pan-India, to all serviceable pin codes. If your area is unserviceable, we will contact you to explore alternatives or issue a full refund.

2. 📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are freshly prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods (festivals, sales), dispatch may take an extra 1–2 days.

3. ⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like location, weather, strikes, or courier delays.

  • You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

4. 💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable.

  • Charges will be visible at checkout before payment.

5. 📦 Packaging & Freshness

We use tamper-proof, food-grade packaging to ensure your pickles and sweets reach you in perfect condition. Our ladoos and achaars are packed to retain freshness during transit.

6. 🚫 Delivery Failures

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.

  • If a package is returned to us, reshipping may incur additional charges.

7. 🛠️ Damaged or Delayed Orders

If your package arrives damaged, spoiled, or is significantly delayed, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or proof at info@bana80.com. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund based on the issue.
